Amazon OpenSearch Service securely unlocks real-time search, monitoring, and analysis of business and operational data for use cases like application monitoring, log analytics, observability, and website search.

With AWS OpenSearch, you can build monitoring, alerting, and analysis dashboards for Superblocks.

Send logs from Superblocks to AWS OpenSearch

To send Superblocks logs to AWS OpenSearch, you will need:

  1. An AWS OpenSearch Service domain configured
  2. A pipeline configured to ingest data into your domain
  3. An IAM user with the proper ingest role attached to it

Set up Observability in Superblocks

  1. Log in to Superblocks
  2. Navigate to Organization SettingsObservability
  3. Click the AWS OpenSearch tile
  4. Provide the following settings:

HostHost of your pipeline or serverless collection endpoint.
PortHost of the collection endpoint.
UsernameUsername of the IAM user with the configured ingest role.
PasswordPassword of the IAM user with the configured ingest roel.

  1. Click Create
success

You're done! The next time a user takes an action in Superblocks, you'll receive a copy of the log in AWS OpenSearch with the source set to Superblocks. Learn more about log types and schemas.
