# HIPAA

Under The HIPAA Security Rule, Superblocks complies with HIPAA requirements for Protected Health Information (PHI) and will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with customers who are subject to HIPAA mandates (typically, HIPAA covered entities).
